We are a small friendly practice based in South London who are able to offer party wall services throughout Greater London and the Home Counties. By being small we are able to offer a very competitive range of services compared to centrally based practices.

Our range of services include:

- serving notices under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 on adjoining owners

- acting as building owners surveyor throughout the process and formalising
  and serving an award as required under the Act

- acting as adjoining owners surveyor ( for a neighbour who has been served
  a notice)

- carrying out schedules of condition prior to works commencing

- In addition we have links to architects ,engineers and cost consultants who are
  able to assist your project throughout the process.
